Birthdays...

Tomorrow is my 22nd Birthday! Wow. 

It is also my (second to) last exam. Boo!

After my exam tomorrow I'm having drinks with friends and celebrating the nearly end of exams and my birthday. I'll be sure to take photos :)

Sunshine

So lately me and my friend, in an attempt to get away from the exam stress in our respective flats have taken to walking around campus on an evening. This may sound like nothing but Warwick campus is biiiig and involves a lot more countryside than you might think. Here are a few pictures from the past few days revision and downtime inclusive. There is simply nothing better than that summer feeling....

Attempting to get a tan in my lovely new playsuit whilst reading Der Mauerspringer. That's the rubbish bit. But this afternoon otherwise was lovely and calm after my hellish exam this morning..

Back to the chaos... But this afternoon I added signing my work contract to the paper mound. Exciting stuff! 

30th of July, London here I come... ;)

I better get back to it. Also need to start the birthday present hunt for the boyfriend. What on earth do you get the boy who has everything!?

Hi there!

So today I should be revising for my final German translation exam tomorrow. But apparently I'm not. Apparently I'm starting a blog instead. It's as much as a surprise for you as it is for me.

The sun is shining. And everywhere I look there are beautiful people. I don't know about you but I've been using sunglasses to, not so much ogle guys, as to be amazed and envious of girls' figures and outfits. Apparently everyone got the memo about summer arriving except me because my wardrobe does not hold ANYTHING summer appropriate at the moment. Shameful behaviour I know but my life has involved a lot of library time over the past month so I'm excusing myself. I did however go online after my Thursday exam this week and order pretty things which will hopefully arrive soon and hopefully be pretty.

The world is so much better with sunshine.

Exams are over on the 16th of June and I am aching for them to be over already. But not for university to be over because that is going to be painful. Then real life starts and as of yet I still haven't made a decision about which job I'm going to accept. I'll just keep living in denial I think.

Anyway I better pretend to be interested in this translation exam, given that tomorrow's exam is worth a sixth of this year. I'll be a grumpy bunny if results day rolls around unsuccessfully.
